La Bella Olives are grown in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California.  The Olives are cured the old fashioned way (with no lye or sugars) in salt brine for 8 to 9 months.  The Olives have a two year unopened shelf life, although I doubt you would leave them on the shelf that long. La Bella Olives is located and distributed on the Central Coast of California to local vendors and to users of our online store. Even though La Bella Olives do not have a store front, we can be found at the Morro Bay Farmers Market located on Main St and Morro Bay Blvd on Saturdays in the Spring/Summer from 2:30pm - 5:30pm & Fall/Winter from & 2:30pm - 5:00pm.
